Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away. The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton. I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening. Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

酒店設施有些老，總體還可以。關於停車費用，我們是到了以後自己在停車樓掃碼停車，選擇停車時間24小時，收費7$。酒店幫忙辦理要25$。給他們看了我們自己繳費的單子，前台人員説那沒問題了。

When I got into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and nice. I love the elegant old style look. The security will greet you as soon as you come in and the receptionists were helpful. When we went to our room, t'was a little small for a two full bed suite. There were only 2 pillows each bed and there's no microwave oven nor refrigerator. There's only 1 bath towel as well so me and my spouse had to wait for it to dry up a lil bit before we can use it again. They have a "public parking" at the hotel but you have to pay $25/night and it's my first time to encounter paying for hotel parking where you're booked. It was not a bad stay and overall, i'll give it a 3.5/5.😊

The front desk was very kind, we stayed here for 3 days and never got asked if we needed towels or coffee or anything, nor was our room even asked to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was decent and handy. The pool area is decent for a smaller town. There was lots of homeless around this hotel, it felt unsafe.
